Warm Up

Hamstrings and hips
2x
20 single leg hip bridges
20 squats
10 push ups

Strength

Back squat
Complete a few warm up sets, and then:
65% x 5
75% x 5
85% x max reps
*In between sets, complete a 1 min. plank hold (on your hands) with a 45/25 lb. plate on your back

WOD

10 rounds
10 wall balls
10 med ball pushups
5 burpees
