Our hour-long classes are structured in the following way:
The day's workout
Each class is run by a coach that has been professionally trained in all of the movements they will be guiding you through. It is very important to note here that every single movement can be scaled to your ability. It is incredibly rare that someone walks into our gym and knows how to perform a perfect deadlift or a perfect clean & jerk. These are foreign terms to most of us but they will become less and less intimidating the more you get your butt in the gym.
The beauty of these workouts is that they are different every day.
You won't get bored, you'll constantly be learning new things, and you can show up to the gym and not have to think about what you're going to do for the next hour. Your fitness level will increase so you can do what you love even better, and reduce your risk of injury because you will be stronger and more confident. Then you'll get to walk out of here stronger, fitter, and on your way to a better lifestyle.
What if I haven't worked out in ages?

Then you're not alone! Each and every one of us has started at the very beginning. We all know what it's like to get those butterflies in your stomach before you start something new, but don't let that stop you. We want to make sure you get the one-on-one attention you need, both so that we can help you learn the basic movements so that you can workout safely and with confidence, and also so that you have the opportunity to share with us your fitness goals. That is why our classes are kept small, and we're always available before and after class for questions and to review movements.
